Radhika ने पुणे के Fergusson College से Economics और Mathematics में ग्रेजुएशन किया। पुणे में बड़े होने के दौरान, उन्होंने आठ साल तक कथक प्रतिपादक रोहिणी भाटे के अधीन प्रशिक्षण लिया और इसी दौरान उन्होंने अपने करियर की शुरुआत 2003 में Theatre में एक्टिंग करने से की।
2005 में वे Hindi Film “Vaah! Life Ho Toh Aisi!” से में ‘Anjali’ का रोल में नजर आयीं और 2009 में उन्होंने Bengali Film “Antaheen” में ‘Brinda’ के तौर पर भी अभिनय किया। 2015 में उन्होंने Tv Series “Stories by Rabindranath Tagore” में ‘Binodini’ की भूमिका में भी अभिनय किया।
