Mumbai में जन्मीं अविका के पिता का नाम ‘Sameer Gor’ और माँ का नाम ‘Chetna Gor’ है। उन्होंने अपनी स्कूली पढ़ाई “Sharon English High School, Mumbai” से की। वर्तमान में अविका एक रिलेशनशिप में हैं और उनके बॉयफ्रेंड का नाम ‘Milind Chandwani’ है। मिलिंद ‘Camp Diaries NGO’ के फाउंडर हैं।
