Netherlands में जन्मीं Lois ने 2011 में Women’s 19 European Championship के Final में अपनी जगह बनाई लेकिन डेनमार्क के ख़िलाफ़ 27-29 की करीबी लड़ाई में उन्हें हार का सामना करना पड़ा। इस टूर्नामेंट में उन्होंने 65 गोल किए और शीर्ष स्कोरर का पुरस्कार जीता। उन्होंने चार बार World Women’s Handball Championship में Netherlands को रिप्रेजेंट किया और इसके दौरान उन्होंने 2015 में डेनमार्क में रजत पदक, 2017 में जर्मनी में कांस्य पदक और 2019 में जापान में स्वर्ण पदक जीता।
