Cooch Behar में जन्मीं Mouni ने अपने एक्टिंग करियर की शुरुआत 2006 में Indian Soap Opera “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi” से की। 2011 में उन्होंने Punjabi Film “Hero Hitler in Love” में ‘Sahiban’ के तौर पर अभिनय किया। 2020 में वे Hindi spy thriller film “London Confidential” में ‘Uma Kulkarni’ के तौर पर भी नजर आ चुकी हैं।
