Mumbai में जन्मीं Noor ने अपनी पढ़ाई Jettwings School Of Aviation in Aviation and Management से की। उनकी बहन का नाम Mousami Das Chowdhury है। करियर की शुरुआत में वे मुंबई के Eclectic Rooftop Lounge ‘1ABOVE’ में काम करती थीं।
