Jaipur में जन्मीं Ruhi ने अपने मॉडलिंग करियर की शुरुआत 2011 में ब्यूटी कॉन्टेस्ट “Femina Miss India East 2011” से की। इस ब्यूटी कॉन्टेस्ट में वे 1st Runner up रहीं। इसी वर्ष उन्हें “Miss Model of the World 2011” में India को रिप्रेजेंट करने का मौका मिला। इस कॉन्टेस्ट में उन्होंने Top 36 quarter finalists में अपनी जगह बनाई। 2012 में उन्होंने “Femina Miss India” में पार्टिसिपेट किया और Top 10 में अपनी जगह बनाई। इसके बाद 2012 में उन्होंने “Miss United Nations” में भी भारत को रिप्रेजेंट किया।
