Michigan में जन्मीं Sreeleela एक तेलुगु परिवार में Bangalore में पली-बढ़ीं। उनके माँ Swarnalatha एक Gynecologist है और उनके पिता Surapaneni Subhakara Rao एक इंडस्ट्रलिस्ट हैं। लेकिन श्रीलीला के जन्म से पहले ही उनके माता-पिता का तलाक हो गया था। अभिनेत्री ने MBBS किया है और 2021 में उन्होंने दो डिसेबल्ड बच्चों को गोद भी लिया था।
