Uttar Pradesh में जन्मीं Priyanka के पिता का नाम Sanjay Upadhayay और माँ का नाम Suman Upadhaya है। एक्टिंग में इंट्रेस्ट होने के कारण प्रियंका उत्तर प्रदेश से मुंबई चली आयीं और यहाँ उन्होंने अपने एक्टिंग करियर की शुरुआत 2019 में Hindi Web Series “Tharkistan” से की। 2020 में उन्होंने Web Series “Chupa Rustam” में अभिनेत्री Aritaa Paul के साथ मुख्य भूमिका में अभिनय किया।
