Parul ने अपनी एक्टिंग की पढाई Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), London से पूरी की और 2010 में वे Daily Soap Opera “Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam” में सहायक रोल में नजर आयीं। 2013 में उन्होंने फिल्म “Burrraahh” से पंजाबी फिल्म इंडस्ट्री में अपने करियर की शुरुआत की और 2013 से 2016 तक उन्होंने कई पंजाबी फिल्मों में की। इनमें मुख्य रूप से Romeo Ranjha (2014), Zorawar (2016) शामिल हैं।
